Who is this for?
Sales Call Review is for any sales or enrollment call that is relationship based vs. transactional in nature. If you are developing rapport, asking the prospect questions to determine fir, and making an offer, it's probably an excellent fit. You are also likely a service based professional--a coach, consultant, arts practitioner, etc.
On a deeper level, this is for people who are willing to put in the time and energy to get better at their craft. Sharing video (recommended) or audio of your process can be very vulnerable. Listening back to yourself through the context of my reflections can be challenging--it is hearing your own voice played back to you, only worse! However, the benefits are often tremendous.
How long will Michael's video response be?
Video responses usually end up being between one hour and 90 minutes. Every part of your conversation will be "under the microscope," from the moment you hit record until the moment you end the call.
I will note specific moments by time stamp whenever relevant. I will also share principles relevant to my reflections, offer alternative language, suggest additional questions you might ask, point out language to omit, comment on the unique exchanges, highlight subtle energetic shifts: whatever I see that might be helpful.
How do I choose which call to send you?
Unless a prospect is not a fit to work with you at all (which is something else to discuss), any of your enrollment calls will work, whether a sale is made or not.
Ideally, I get to watch you go through your entire process, from how you start, through your transitions, to making an offer and completing the call.
Do you offer a guarantee?
This is a time intensive service for me to deliver, so I'm not able to offer any kind of money back guarantee. Throughout the process (as in every service I provide), I"ll do my best to make our work the best investment you ever made in your development.
